It's funny the impact that a casual conversation can have. I had a similar experience at my first SES, talking with people like Mike, Debra, Dr. E. Garcia, and many others.

This year has been tremendous and 2007 looks bright. I feel like a new home buyer that has been in an apartment for some time. It's time to stop renting and own a little piece.
